In purchases made through our online site, our customers have the right to withdraw within 14 days as per the distance sales contract.

Products produced on special orders (products whose dimensions are changed according to our customer's request, products with special writing or letters written on them) are not returned

The product to be returned must be completely unused and undamaged. Products that are scratched, damaged or physically changed in any way are definitely not returned. After the product is examined by our experts, if it is found suitable for return, the return process is initiated.

For return processes, you must send an e-mail to [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return request. Our experts will inform you about the issue after the necessary examinations.

If the return conditions are met, the processes to be carried out are only carried out by our online store.

The packaging, invoice, certificate, if any, and promotions of the product requested to be returned must be sent together with the product.

The product to be returned must comply with the "Right of Withdrawal" in Article 9 of the Distance Sales Contract and the "Products for which the Right of Withdrawal cannot be used" in Article 15.

The shipping costs of the products whose return is accepted belong to the Consumer. The refund is provided by deducting the shipping costs during the refund.

During the return shipment, the responsibility for any deterioration, damage or similar loss of value in the product and the documents and materials sent with the product due to reasons originating from the shipping companies or the Consumer who makes the return transaction belongs to the Consumer who makes the return.

After the return is received, the product price is refunded within 14 days, if the order was placed using a credit card, to the credit card, if the order was placed via money order/EFT, to the bank account, after deducting the shipping costs.
